Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyWorkSync mobile application (the "App") provided by Aymane Chafik ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by: breaking the law; uploading harmful or infringing content; harassing others through group chats; attempting to access other users' data; or interfering with the App's operation or security.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the App (appointments, customers, messages, documents, etc.). You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display that content so the App can function and sync across your devices and team. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to share it.
4. Guest access
You may use certain features (such as the document scanner and PDF viewer) without creating an account. Guest activity stays on your device. Some features require an account.
5. Purchases
The App offers a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase processed through Google Play Billing. Purchases are subject to Google Play's terms. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.
6. Advertising
The App may display third-party ads to users who have not purchased the ad-free upgrade.
7. Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee the App will always be available or error-free.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for lost data, missed appointments, or reminders that fail to deliver due to device settings, connectivity, or platform limitations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
