Welcome to MyWorkSync — team scheduling, clients, group collaboration, and document scanning in one app. Here's how the main features work.
Getting started
Create an account with your name, work email, and company, then verify your email. Prefer to try it first? Tap “Continue without an account” on the sign-in screen to use the document scanner and PDF viewer as a guest.
Schedule & appointments
- Tap New Appointment to add a title, date & time, duration, group, and notes.
- Appointments can't be set in the past.
- Open an appointment to Edit, confirm, or cancel it.
- Set one or more reminders to get a notification before it starts.
- Export your day's schedule as a PDF from the schedule screen.
Groups & collaboration
- Create a group, then add members by their account email.
- Use the built-in group chat to message your team in real time.
- Create and complete shared tasks within a group.
- Group owners (admins) can delete a group from the group's menu.
Customers
Keep a lightweight CRM of your clients — name, company, contact details, value, and notes.
Documents: scan & view
- Scan a doc with your camera; pages are combined into a PDF saved on your device.
- Open a PDF from your device to read it, with page navigation, night mode, and sharing.
- Manage recent files — long-press or tap the trash icon to remove a file from the list (scanned files are deleted from the device).
Your profile & security
- Tap your avatar in Settings to change your profile photo.
- Change your password in Settings → Account, or use Reset Password to get a reset link by email.
- Switch between Light, Dark, and System appearance in Settings → Appearance.
Removing ads
Free accounts may see ads. You can make a one-time Remove Ads purchase from Settings; it unlocks across your devices on the same account.
